This year Lightpainting-Helpdesk is doing a collaboration project again on the Photo + Adventure fair in the German town Duisburg. Since this group is focused on promoting teamwork in light painting the project consists of putting together several light painting techniques to recreate the logo of the fair. Last year Lightpainting-Helpdesk already realized a successful collaboration project where four scenic views of the park the fair is held in were put in a single exposure. The special part of this was that these views were taken from several spots scattered around the park so walking from one of the spots to the other takes around one hour. One of the views even was taken from the top of a large blast furnace 70m above the whole park. The image was created by carefully placing each of the views along one side of the frame and turning the camera 90° for the next view. Teamwork of several light painters and equipment made available by several sponsors were needed to create this amazing photo. You can see a German write-up of last year’s project here.
